Foods to be eaten:

whole wheat flour, millet, brown rice, roller mill maize, raw cabbage, tomato, onions, carrots, lettuce, rape, pumpkin leaf, lemon juice, garlic, oranges, bananas, papaya, apples, honey, sunflower seeds, fruit juices without sugar, avocado pear, pumpkin, green beans, dry beans, cooked soya flour, ground nut flour, lentils, sweet potato, cucumbers, melons.

Foods to be avoided:

sugar, white bread, baking soda, vinegar, fish, eggs, chicken, milk, cheese, meat, beer, tea, coffee, coke, soft drinks, tobacco, jam, canned foods, fried foods, salt, pepper, lard, margarine, pig meat, sausages, alcohol, biscuits, cake, crisps, ice cream.

Essential

pure water (2 litres per day)
molasses (1 tbspoon 3 X / day)
fibre (1 tbspoon 1 X / day)

The diet serves to create an environment  
in which the virus cannot grow.
